What is the duration of the Green Belt training?
This is an immersive training that covers the complete Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge. The entire course is taught every Saturday for 10 consecutive weeks.
Do I need a project to attend the training?
A project is not required to complete the training. However, we strongly recommend that you have a real-world project to work on through the training to get the most value from the training.
On the other hand, a completed project is required for Green Belt certification.
How long will it take to achieve Certification?
You can attain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in as little as 90 days, but you also have a total of 6 months from the first day of class to complete all requirements of certification.
Will I get access to the full course all at once?
No. Due to the ton of information and tools that you will learn during this course, we have learned that it is best that the students access the modules as they move along the course.
What if I need additional mentoring?
Virtual coaching and mentoring by our Master Black Belts can be purchased separately. Please contact us to learn more.

What are the minimum computer hardware requirements?
To ensure a smooth learning experience, participants should have a computer or laptop with at least 4 GB of RAM, a 1.6 GHz or faster processor, and a stable high-speed internet connection. A PC or Mac will both work.
Will I need a webcam and microphone for the online Lean Six Sigma course?
Yes, having a webcam and microphone is needed for all interactive sessions and group activities.
Can I access the course on my mobile device or tablet?
You could access the live teaching on smartphones and tablets. However, you will need to use a desktop or laptop to use interactive simulations and statistical data analysis software during class.
What if I want a refund?
